HENGGE United Textiles Co., Ltd. is a joint venture by HK LIFE APPAREL CO., LTD. and Gelin Dyeing & Finishing Vietnam Co., Ltd.
This Vietnam factory was newly established in the year of 2025, and started trial production since Sept. 2026 based on Chinese speed. It duplicates the machines of our Chinese mill, with around 20 technical people from China.
Factory is located in AV-AVI Area, Giao Long Industrial Park Phase II, Giao Long Commune, Vinh Long Province, Vietnam.
The enterprise is positioned as a professional textile-fabric R&D, manufacturing and export factory, supporting bulk customization, OEM customization and sample-based development. It serves global apparel, home-textile, household and fashion-brand suppliers.

The Dyeing Vat by FONG'S comes from a globally renowned brand in the textile dyeing machinery and technology industry, recognized for its high quality and reliability. Equipped with advanced technology and an optimized design, the machine delivers high dyeing efficiency, ensuring fast and uniform fabric processing. It helps optimize the consumption of water, chemicals, and energy while reducing production time and operating costs. Thanks to its stable and efficient performance, FONG'S machinery contributes to increased productivity, improved product quality, and enhanced overall manufacturing efficiency. We currently have 16 machines installed at our factory.

The Stenter Machine by Monforts (Germany) is a well-known piece of equipment in the textile industry, recognized for its advanced technology and durability. It is designed to dry fabrics, adjust fabric width, and ensure dimensional stability with precise temperature control. With its high operating efficiency, the machine helps increase productivity, save energy, and maintain consistent fabric quality. Our mill now has 3 machines.
Brushing Machine
Chien Lun (Taiwan)
The Brushing Machine by Chien Lun (Taiwan) is manufactured by a specialized textile finishing equipment supplier, recognized for its experience and technology in fabric surface treatment. The machine is designed to brush and clean fabric surfaces, removing loose fibers, dust, and impurities while improving fabric softness and surface uniformity. With its high-speed design and stable operating performance, the machine helps increase productivity, reduce processing time, and ensure consistent fabric quality after finishing. We have 12 of these machines in the factory.
Drying Machine
SANTEX (Switzerland)
The Drying Machine by SANTEX (Switzerland) originates from Europe, a region renowned for its world-class industrial technology and high-quality manufacturing standards. The machine is equipped with advanced drying technology, ensuring uniform fabric drying, shrinkage control, and dimensional stability. With its high operating efficiency and energy optimization capabilities, it helps increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and maintain consistent fabric quality. At our mill, we have one machine.
Pre-shrunk Machine
SANTEX (Switzerland)
The Pre-shrunk Machine by SANTEX (Switzerland) represents advanced European textile technology, recognized for its precision and professional fabric processing capabilities. The machine uses mechanical compaction technology to control fabric shrinkage, helping maintain dimensional stability after repeated washing. Its efficient processing helps minimize fabric deformation, improve product quality, and meet the demanding standards of the textile industry. We currently have 1 machine installed at our factory.
Shearing Machine
Haining Textile Machine (China)
The Shearing Machine by Haining Textile Machine (China) is used in the textile finishing process to trim excess fibers and loose fuzz from fabric surfaces, creating a smooth, flat, and uniform finish. Equipped with precision cutting blades and continuous operating capabilities, the machine improves fabric appearance and ensures consistent surface quality. It helps increase productivity, reduce processing time, and optimize overall manufacturing efficiency. Our new factory is currently equipped with one unit of this machine.
Suede Machine
NAFA
The Suede Machine by NAFA specializes in fabric surface treatment, creating a soft and smooth suede-like finish. Equipped with a specialized sanding system, the machine improves fabric texture, enhances appearance, and increases the overall quality of finished products. We have two NAFA Suede Machines installed at our facility.
Softener Machine
LINK
The Softener Machine by LINK is used in the textile finishing process to improve fabric softness and surface texture. It helps ensure even application of softening chemicals, enhancing fabric feel and overall product quality. With its stable operating performance, the machine contributes to optimizing production processes and maintaining consistent fabric quality. Our factory now has 2 units.
Auto-Chemical Feeding & Discharging System
Yushu Technology (China)
The Auto-Chemical Feeding & Discharging System by Yushu Technology (China) is designed to automatically supply and discharge chemicals during the textile dyeing process. The system ensures precise chemical dosing, minimizes manual handling errors, and reduces operating time. With its advanced automation capabilities, it helps improve production efficiency, optimize operating costs, and maintain consistency across dyeing batches. We have installed one such system at our facility.
Sintensa Cyclone
GOLLER (Germany)
The Sintensa Cyclone Machine by GOLLER (Germany) is a high-tech European textile processing equipment, backed by decades of experience in fabric treatment and finishing technology since 1948. The machine is specifically designed for washing and removing spinning oils (spun oil) from knitted fabrics, particularly synthetic fabrics. Equipped with advanced Cyclone washing technology and a fabric tension control system, it delivers high cleaning efficiency, reduces water and chemical consumption, while minimizing fabric stretching and deformation. This technology is also implemented at our factory, with one unit currently in operation.
Singeing Machine
YECHANG
The Singeing Machine by YECHANG is used in the fabric surface treatment process to remove excess fibers and loose fuzz through controlled burning, resulting in a smooth, flat, and uniform fabric surface. With its precise singeing technology and continuous operating capability, the machine enhances fabric appearance, reduces pilling, and improves the overall quality of finished fabrics. We have already installed 1 unit of this machine at our mill.
